Pistol with 3 magazines, out of wasteband holster, and mag pouch. 100 rounds of pistol ammo.
Subgun and a sling, mag pouch and at least 5 magazines. 300-500 rounds of subgun ammo. (it's better to bring 500 and not need it all than to bring 300 and run out)
What to expect: A typical match will have 4-7 different stages of varying complexity. A strong emphasis is given to helping the competitiors learn from the stage design.

Prizes: Trophies go to the top 5-10 shooters depending on the match.

New submachine gun match starting March 20th at Range37 in Bunnlevel, North Carolina.
Range37 will sponsor submachine gun matches every 3rd Saturday of each month. March 20th match will consist of one open bay and shoot house. Match will consist of 1/3 selector option singles, 1/3 double to triple target plate burst, and 1/3 full auto mandatory five to ten target array. Mandatory engagement requirements will be designated by target shape, color, and distance relationship. Average stage set-up will have 10% weak hand shooting.
Four categories:
WW CLASS: pre-1946 factory design. (additional horizontal and vertical fore grips allowed for safety)
STOCK IRON CLASS: post-1946 factory design. iron sights only. (additional horizontal and vertical fore grips allowed for safety)
PRO IRON CLASS: post-1946 iron sights only, unlimited modifications with in safe operational standards.
OPTIC CLASS: unlimited modifications with in safe operational standards.
